WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES?

Shipping is free worldwide! All duties, necessary taxes, and carrier fees will be free of charge for all clients no matter where they are shipping to!

WHERE IS MY ORDER? SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES.

At HueGah Home, we use many shipping methods to get your orders to you in the fastest and safest way possible. All of our products take between 2-4 weeks estimated total for production and delivery. Designated product descriptions will specify the specific time for that item. All of our furniture is shipped via sea which means the tracking number won't start showing updates until it arrives at your local port.

Custom Tables take between 8-12 weeks estimated total for production and delivery. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions regarding shipping and your order at contact@huegahhome.com.

Due to increased carrier delays in the past couple years we always note that ship times are estimated. We are unable to refund for a delayed order as carrier delays are outside of our control. 

I ORDERED MORE THAN ONE ITEM BUT ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER. WHERE IS THE REST?

Thank you for purchasing from HueGah Home! If you order more than one item, it is common that we package and ship everything separately. This way, we can ensure everything arrives in good condition since many of our items are fragile. WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES BROKEN?

We package everything with care but understand some items are fragile and things can happen during handling with the carrier. Please email us at contact@huegahhome.com with photos of the broken item and we will ensure that it is replaced.

WHAT IF MY TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS AS INVALID?

If you enter your tracking number or it opens to a page that shows no tracking please navigate to this website to www.parcelsapp.com/en in order to track your specific tracking code. There have been technical errors linking a proper tracking link to the tracking number so please use that website for valid tracking information for ALL carriers! If you still have issues please contact contact@huegahhome.com and we will reply promptly.

Please visit www.parcelsapp.com/en if your tracking number shows up as invalid. Many of our packages are shipped via multi-carrier parcel so tracking can be tricky on a single carriers site.

What are your delivery times?

Furniture Collection orders are initially shipped by sea freight. Tracking will update once it arrives at your local port and is received by your local carrier from the sea freight company.

Custom Marble Tables take between 8-12 weeks estimated total for production and delivery. 

Due to increased carrier delays in the past couple years we always note that ship times are estimated. We are unable to refund or cancel for a delayed order and an item already on the way as carrier delays are outside of our control.

What if my order shows delays in tracking?

Tracking delays can occur with the carrier and customs when entering another country. If you see a delay in tracking points rest assured this can occur and does not mean your package is lost.

Please be patient with the carrier as delays are outside of our control. If you have questions about the delay please do not hesitate to reach out to our team!

How is furniture shipped?

Furniture is shipped via UBI which is an expedited sea method. The tracking available will begin to update once it arrives at your local port.

For furniture purchases please add about 1-2 weeks extra to our standard shipping 1-6 business days for processing and 2-3 weeks estimated total for shipping due to the nature of the size and weight of furniture.

Returns

How can I make a return?

We offer easy returns worldwide! We hope you love your purchase but in the event that you would like to make a return, we can certainly help. Our team works to source and design the best quality pieces.

Initiate a Return: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us here to start a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Kindly provide proof of purchase, share photo of the item, the box, and the label it was delivered with as proof of order. Our team will then provide an address for return.

We offer a full refunds back to your original payment method once a returned item is delivered back to one of our facilities.

Return Limitations: Returns are not accepted for customized items, chairs, mirrors, and tables as those are all customized and made to order. Note that returns are not accepted for items that have been installed or assembled.

If you desire to return an item based on personal preference, have had a change of mind and decided against keeping it, or if you inadvertently forget to provide proof of damage within the 48-hour period, there's no need to worry. We can still process your return with a reasonable non-refundable restocking fee of 25%.

Customers must contact us in advance of returning items to receive a appropriate instructions. All returns & exchanges must be shipped and post-marked within 30-days of the delivery date with no exceptions.

All items being returned must be in unused condition and arrive to our warehouse in undamaged condition with original packaging. Please keep this in mind when repackaging any returns. 

HueGah Home reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client. HueGah Home reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to misuse or damage by the client.

How can I cancel my order?

Once you place an order, you may cancel within 24 hours. Please email contact@huegahhome.com if you wish to cancel.

Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been processed past the 24 hours and cannot be cancelled after the item has shipped.

Please keep this in mind for Furniture Collection orders. These items are initially shipped by sea freight and therefore tracking will update once it arrives at your local port and is received by your local carrier from the sea freight.

What if my order arrives broken?

If an item arrives broken, damaged, or with other issues, please contact us for a refund or replacement and we will proceed with next steps for this occasion.

For all items that arrived damaged or broken the following photos must be provided to us in order to resolve the issue:

1. Photo of broken item 

2. Photo of your shipping label on the box with tracking 

4. All sides of box you recieved the broken item in
