Enjoy the benefit of free worldwide returns! While we're hopeful your purchase will exceed expectations, if the need arises for a return, know that our team is prepared to support you.

Initiate a Return: 

Should your purchase fall short of expectations, please request a return here to start a return within 30 days of the recorded delivery date by the carrier. We kindly request proof of purchase, along with a photo showcasing the item in its original packaging as well as its accompanying box, and an image of the label. Our team will then provide a pre-paid shipping label, ensuring a hassle-free return journey.

Upon receipt of the returned item at one of our facilities, we will promptly issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-20 business days.

In the unfortunate event of your order arriving in unusable condition, please promptly notify us in the return portal, and we shall guide you through the necessary steps for a refund or replacement.

Return Guidelines:

All items being returned for a refund must be in unused condition and arrive to our warehouse in undamaged condition with original packaging. Please keep this in mind when repackaging any returns.

HueGah Home reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to misuse or damage by the client.

Customers must request a return in advance of returning items to receive a appropriate instructions. All returns must be shipped and post-marked within 30-days of the delivery date with no exceptions.

All damage-on-arrival claims must be submitted within 72 hours of your confirmed delivery timestamp (as recorded by the carrier).We are unable to accept damage claims of any kind after 72 hours of confirmed delivery.

Returns are not accepted for items such as rugs, chairs, tables, cabinets, stools, marble items, or mirrors since they are made to order for each client, as well as items that have been installed or assembled.

If you desire to return an item based on personal preference, have had a change of heart and decided against keeping it, there's no need to worry. Your return can be processed with a 25% restocking fee applied to the refund. This fee contributes toward the labor costs associated with return inspection and repackaging.

Kindly note that while minor scratches incurred during courier handling are regrettably beyond our control, they do not detract from the item's functionality. As such, refunds or returns for items with minor scratches, or issues that do not detract from functionality are not accepted. However, we are delighted to offer guidance on simple, at-home solutions for addressing such imperfections.

We do not accept returns for size or dissatisfaction with specifications outlined in the product description. Each item's exact dimensions and specifications are clearly listed in the product description. This policy helps reduce unnecessary shipping emissions and costs. Please ensure you check the specifications before purchasing to avoid any sizing issues or misunderstandings of specifications. Proper measurement and review of product details conserve resources and materials.

Any items purchased in quantities of 10 or more are considered a bulk order and final sale.

Once a return label is sent, the item must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the return label. If the item is shipped after the 10-day period, a late fee of an additional 25% of the returned order amount will be deducted from the refund. The timeframe for the returned item to be shipped back with our label must not exceed 20 days of receiving our return label.

About Rugs:
Each rug is handmade to order, ensuring every piece is truly one of a kind. Our artisans carefully craft each rug based on your selected size, color, and weave—meaning no two are ever exactly alike. This made-to-order approach allows us to minimize waste and overproduction while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Because of this custom process, rugs are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To help you choose a rug you’ll love, we offer rug samples so you can experience the texture, color, and quality in person before placing your full order. This ensures confidence in your selection and helps avoid the need for returns.

Rug Care:
Larger rugs may arrive folded for shipping efficiency and protection. As a result, you may notice temporary creases or fold lines upon unpacking. These creases are completely normal and will soften naturally over time as the rug relaxes. To help speed up the process, lay the rug flat in a warm, dry room and allow a few days for it to settle. You can also lightly roll the rug in the opposite direction or gently smooth the crease with your hands. Please be patient—these folds will fade with time and use.

Damaged Upon Arrival:

For all items that arrived damaged, unusable, or broken please email us following within 5 days of delivery:

Our esteemed production team operates from multiple locations including Los Angeles, Shenzen, and Seoul, ensuring global reach without compromising on quality. While we celebrate the diversity of our production team, we regret to inform you that refunds or returns based on shipment origin preferences cannot be accommodated.

We take pride in offering the best quality packaging for all items shipped. Please note that numerous furniture items are subject to protective packaging that may include a wood frame to prevent damage. We are unable to provide a refund based on preference of packaging as we do this to ensure all items are delivered safely and without excess material waste.

Metal Care & Maintenance

Our metal pieces are crafted with lasting quality in mind—whether it’s the high-shine polish of our Presley Collection or the soft, satin finish of brushed stainless steel designs like the Judd Coffee Table or Crosby Bar Cart. With proper care, your pieces will maintain their beauty for years to come.

Polished Stainless Steel (Presley Collection)

  • Daily Care: Wipe with a clean microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints, dust, and smudges.

  • Deeper Cleaning: Use a gentle, non-abrasive stainless-steel cleaner or a solution of mild soap and warm water. Always dry thoroughly to maintain the mirror-like shine.

  • Residue Removal: Any adhesive or tape residue from unpacking can be safely removed with a small amount of Goo-Gone, followed by a warm, soapy wipe-down and thorough drying.

  • Avoid: Abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, or ammonia-based products, which can scratch or dull the finish.

  • Tip: A stainless-steel polish can help repel fingerprints and keep the surface looking crisp.

Upholstery Care Notice

Due to the nature of shipping and protective packaging, upholstered items (such as the Webster Collection and Presley Collection) may arrive with slight imprints or markings from materials such as bubble wrap. This is completely normal and temporary.

These impressions can be easily removed by gently wiping the surface with a clean, damp cloth and lightly buffing the area. The fabric will naturally relax and return to its intended finish shortly after.

Brushed Stainless Steel (Judd Coffee Table, Crosby Bar Cart & Similar Finishes)

  • Daily Care: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and wipe in the direction of the grain to maintain the brushed texture.

  • Deeper Cleaning: Clean with mild soap and warm water, then dry immediately to prevent water spots.

  • Residue Removal: Any packaging-related adhesive can be gently cleaned using Goo-Gone applied sparingly. Always wipe with the grain and follow with soap and water to remove any remaining product.

  • Avoid: Abrasive scrubbers, steel wool, and bleach-based products, which can damage or discolor the brushed pattern.

  • Tip: For stubborn marks, use a stainless-steel cleaner formulated specifically for brushed finishes, applied lightly and always following the grain.

Natural Material Wear

Stainless steel is a durable, long-lasting material, but light surface scratches and marks may develop over time with regular use. These subtle imperfections are considered a natural characteristic of the material and reflect normal wear, adding to the piece’s lived-in character.

Cowhide & Natural Leather Variations

We thoughtfully select cowhide and natural leather with minimal visible imperfections whenever possible. However, because these materials are derived from natural hides, subtle variations may occur. Natural markings such as light scarring, scratches, patching, and tonal or color differences are inherent characteristics of genuine cowhide and leather. These variations are not considered flaws, but rather authentic details that highlight the material’s natural origin and one-of-a-kind character.

General Metal Care Guidelines

  • Protect Surfaces: Use coasters, placemats, or felt pads under decorative objects to help prevent scratches and heat marks.

  • Prevent Corrosion: While stainless steel is rust-resistant, prolonged exposure to moisture, salt, or acidic substances can still impact the finish. Wipe spills promptly.

  • Environmental Considerations: Avoid placing metal furniture in high-humidity areas or near corrosive household products.

What if my item is returned to sender?

In the event of an item being returned to sender customers will incur a return to sender fee of 25%. This fee encompasses the costs associated with return shipping, handling, and processing, and applies in scenarios where the return is not attributable to an error on HueGah Home's part.

Examples of such circumstances include unavailability during delivery attempts, incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer, refusal to accept the package, or failure to claim the package from the designated carrier facility.
